As a key member of our team, you will ensure that our products are accurately selected, packed, and prepared for shipment to both local and regional distribution centers.
Responsibilities
- Select and Pack: Efficiently pick items from warehouse shelves and package them securely for shipment using industrial equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards before labeling.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels and report discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols at all times.
- Order Fulfillment: Work efficiently to meet daily and weekly shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Reliability: History of consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Availability: Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
- High School Diploma: or equivalent experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to read pick tickets and calculate quantities accurately.
