Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and stage inventory accurately.
- Conduct daily safety checks on machinery and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory counts and ensure stock accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Follow strict safety protocols to ensure the safety of yourself and your team members.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required. We provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification (Class A or B).
- Basic computer literacy for scanning equipment is a plus.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
