Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Inspect forklift equipment for mechanical issues before and during shifts to ensure safe operation.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Organize and maintain a clean, orderly storage area to prevent accidents and lost inventory.
- Accurately process shipping and receiving documents and inventory logs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA preferred).
- Previous experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts is required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed.
