Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure safety compliance and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and tagging products correctly.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely processing of shipments and returns.
- Keep the warehouse organized and clean to maximize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid and current forklift operator certification (OSHA compliant).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety procedures.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Availability: Reliable attendance and availability to work scheduled shifts.
