Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and scanners, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Prepare and package customer orders for shipment using appropriate packing materials.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain high accuracy standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 49 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
