Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and verify inventory accuracy to ensure order fulfillment meets quality standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment (Forklift, Reach Truck) in strict accordance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Process shipping and receiving documents and digital logs accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and efficiency targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
