Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Packaging: Properly wrap, label, and box items to ensure safe delivery.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies immediately.
- Material Handling: Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and pallet jacks as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols.
- Quality Assurance: Perform final quality checks on all outgoing orders.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid ID and be authorized to work in the US.
- Skills: Basic reading and math skills; comfortable using technology and scanners.
