Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Reach Truck, Sit-Down, or Order Picker) to move, locate, and stack merchandise within the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on all forklift equipment.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring cargo is secured properly.
- Manage inventory by picking, packing, and scanning items accurately using RF scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator with a valid license.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous warehouse or manufacturing experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and weighing.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
