Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock rotation as needed.
- Ensure all operational areas adhere to strict OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections on forklifts to ensure mechanical safety.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse workflows and meet daily production targets.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Proven experience operating forklifts (reach truck, sit-down forklift, etc.) in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime.
