Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport goods safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of equipment to ensure safety compliance and proper functionality.
- Inventory management, including accurate scanning, stocking, and cycle counting.
- Ensure the warehouse remains organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in shipping and receiving duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Must hold a valid forklift license or be willing to get certified).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking systems.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
