Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load and unload trucks.
- Inspect forklifts for mechanical issues and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory logs and cycle counts using RF scanners.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards (debris, spills).
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations while performing daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Valid license/certification required).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy for logging data.
