Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure organized storage systems.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Perform general warehouse duties including sweeping, organizing, and tagging inventory.
Qualifications
- Willingness to Learn: No prior forklift experience required; certification training provided on-site.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on safety protocols and inventory accuracy.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable work history and be punctual for shifts.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is required.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
