Responsibilities
- Safe Operation: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock organization.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine pre-shift inspections on forklifts to ensure they are in safe working condition.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders accurately to meet customer deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- License: Valid Driver’s License preferred (not always required for entry-level).
- Math Skills: Basic math skills for reading labels and measuring inventory.
- Reliability: A history of punctual and reliable attendance.
