Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and efficient manner to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload freight trucks accurately, ensuring inventory integrity and reducing damages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform routine safety inspections on equipment and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Assist with inventory counting, stock rotation, and order fulfillment processes.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Follow all company policies and safety protocols strictly at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant) is mandatory.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is highly preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and working in varying weather conditions.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
