Job Overview:
We are looking for experienced forklift operators to handle inventory movement, loading and unloading, and maintaining a safe warehouse environment. If you take pride in your work and have a clean driving record, this is the perfect role for you.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (Reach Truck, Counterbalance, Order Picker) safely and efficiently in a high-volume environment.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, ensuring proper documentation and weight distribution.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, including sweeping, organizing pallets, and ensuring aisles are clear.
- Perform daily safety inspections of forklifts and report any mechanical issues immediately to maintenance.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a zero-accident workplace.
- Assist with inventory management by scanning barcodes and updating warehouse management systems (WMS).
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Must possess current CLP/CFP license).
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Physical Stamina – Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in varying temperatures.
- Experience – Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Attention to Detail – Ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy in inventory counts.
- Availability – Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
