Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport goods safely.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and completeness of orders.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and clutter-free workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production quotas and shipping deadlines.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including inventory counting and stock replenishment.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Must provide certification card at time of interview).
- 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety standards.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
