Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Reach Truck, Counterbalance, and Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.
- Load, unload, and stage materials with precision to ensure accurate inventory placement.
- Perform daily inventory counts and update stock management systems accurately.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Inspect forklift equipment for mechanical issues and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping preparation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (OSHA 10 or equivalent preferred).
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy for warehouse management systems.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and maneuver in a warehouse setting for 8+ hours.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
