Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials efficiently.
- Verify inventory accuracy through scanning and paperwork.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Perform daily pre-shift forklift inspections and maintenance checks.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and traffic flow rules.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (Counterbalance, Reach, or Order Picker).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable warehouse experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
