As a Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in our daily operations, ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move products throughout the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety compliance.
- Organize and stack materials according to inventory specifications and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area at all times.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including palletizing and shrink-wrapping.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Training: No prior forklift experience is required; on-the-job training provided.
- Documentation: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Communication: Ability to read and understand basic safety instructions and work orders.
