Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols.
- Clean and organize the warehouse floor to prevent accidents and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Must be present at time of interview).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or material handling.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and equipment maintenance.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
