We are looking for individuals who take safety seriously and possess the technical skills to operate heavy machinery in a high-volume distribution center.
Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal safety and functionality.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and stock checks.
- Stack and organize pallets according to company safety guidelines and warehouse layout.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA regulations and internal safety policies.
- Assist in the cleaning and organization of the warehouse floor to prevent hazards.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA compliant) is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous forklift operation experience in a warehouse setting.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
