Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping of orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Conduct inventory checks and manage stock rotation to prevent shrinkage.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and adheres to OSHA safety standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, verifying cargo against shipping manifests.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Forklift certification is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
