Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise while maintaining accurate records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Stock Organization: Keep storage areas clean, organized, and safe to maximize workflow efficiency.
- Quality Control: Perform daily cycle counts and assist in inventory audits as required.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
