Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse efficiently.
- Inspect forklifts daily to ensure they are in safe working condition and report any maintenance issues.
- Organize and stack products on pallets, ensuring proper labeling and inventory accuracy.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of orders and shipments.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- 1-2 years of experience operating counterbalance or reach trucks.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and ticketing.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
