Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts (reach, sit-down, pallet jacks) to load, unload, and move materials.
- Inventory Management: Pick, pack, and stage orders with 99% accuracy while adhering to company protocols.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to OSHA safety standards and conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep work areas organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Documentation: Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, including logbooks and delivery manifests.
Qualifications
- Valid Certification: Must possess a valid forklift operator certification (CLP/HAZMAT preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory counts and order fulfillment.
- Driver's License: Valid state-issued driver's license is required.
