Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts) to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to delivery vehicles.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of forklift equipment to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock replenishment processes.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency and meet daily shipping targets.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse storage areas.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Proven experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
