Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.
- Load, unload, and stack materials onto pallets or shelves according to company safety protocols.
- Conduct routine pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure mechanical safety and functionality.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock organization and rotation.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (valid license or ability to obtain one).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Strong understanding of safety standards and material handling best practices.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory or checking digital work orders.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
