Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and safety checks on all machinery.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ensure the warehouse remains organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (CDL preferred but not required for standard forklift roles).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
