Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials by hand or using industrial trucks, forklifts, or hoists to correct locations.
- Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in our warehouse management system.
- Ensure the warehouse remains organized, clean, and adheres to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipment according to strict shipping guidelines.
- Assist in the receiving of incoming goods, checking for damages, and processing paperwork.
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) such as pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and forklifts safely.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we will train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Driver’s License (if operating company vehicles).
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
