Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect and organize inventory to ensure warehouse standards are met.
- Load and unload trailers efficiently during shift handovers.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and logging data.
- Must be able to work flexible overnight shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.
