Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in safe working condition.
- Accurately stage and organize inventory to optimize warehouse flow.
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation to maintain stock accuracy.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFP/CFL) license is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Ability to read and comprehend basic operating instructions, safety rules, and procedures.
- Physical capability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal directions.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
