Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate 15+ warehouse staff daily, assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, achieving zero-accident goals
- Optimize inventory control systems, reducing shrinkage by 15% annually
- Streamline receiving, picking, and shipping processes using WMS software
- Conduct regular performance reviews and develop staff training programs
- Collaborate with logistics team to meet 99.8% on-time delivery targets
- Generate operational reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or supply chain
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong analytical skills with KPI-driven mindset
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Experience managing unionized teams a plus
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
