Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and shipping processes
- Lead and mentor 15+ cross-functional team members with flexible scheduling capabilities
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols and maintain safety standards across all shifts
- Optimize warehouse efficiency through data-driven performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with transportation and sales teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations
- Manage inventory control systems and reconcile discrepancies with precision
- Develop and maintain training programs for warehouse staff on new technologies and procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience with proven team leadership success
- Forklift certification and advanced knowledge of WMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret operational data and KPIs
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety management credentials
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
- Flexible scheduling availability including evenings/weekends coverage
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
