Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and prevent stockouts.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to ensure high performance and safety standards.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance across the facility.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Manage daily schedules and workflow to maximize productivity and meet KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency.
- Forklift certification and valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as SAP, Manhattan, or Oracle.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills under pressure.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or related field is preferred.
