Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates through performance coaching and scheduling
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance across all warehouse activities
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system reconciliations
- Collaborate with logistics team to streamline transportation and dock scheduling
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies
- Generate operational reports and KPI tracking for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience in a high-volume distribution center
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active) and inventory management software
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and process optimization
- Excellent leadership abilities with proven team development success
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a temperature-controlled environment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management preferred
