Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery to load, unload, and stack materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory logs and perform regular cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Conduct pre-shift inspections of forklifts and equipment to identify any mechanical issues.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Certification required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
