Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure all safety standards are met.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock organization in the warehouse system.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols.
- Clean and maintain the work area to ensure a tidy and safe environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Valid license/certification required).
- Previous experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts (preferred).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
