About the Role:
As a Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in our supply chain. You will be responsible for moving materials, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining inventory accuracy in a safe and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory with precision.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently, adhering to all weight restrictions.
- Perform daily pre-shift forklift inspections and safety checks (logbooks).
- Assist in cycle counting and inventory management to ensure stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA 10 preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience operating powered industrial trucks in a warehouse setting.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate warehouse aisles.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on safety and inventory accuracy.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends if necessary.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
