Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Inspect forklifts and equipment daily for safety issues and perform routine maintenance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the warehouse remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C) is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Physically capable of performing the duties of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
