Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label customer orders according to specifications
- Operate packing equipment (conveyors, scanners, sealers) with precision
- Conduct quality checks to ensure product integrity and packaging standards
- Maintain organized inventory records and warehouse cleanliness
- Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams for seamless workflow
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining accuracy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Texas ID for facility access
