Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Implement and optimize inventory control systems to achieve 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate with transportation teams for efficient loading/unloading of 50+ daily shipments
- Ensure OSHA compliance through regular safety audits and staff training
- Manage warehouse technology including WMS systems and IoT devices
- Analyze operational metrics to reduce costs and improve productivity by 15%
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- Advanced proficiency in WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operation credentials
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in inventory optimization
- Proven ability to implement lean manufacturing principles
