Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual methods
- Accurately scan, sort, and inventory products in real-time systems
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse zones per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, conveyors) safely
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Complete shift reports and documentation with precision
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for overnight shifts
- Pass background check and drug screening
