Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials and products within the warehouse and loading docks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate documentation of stock movements and damages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.
- Perform routine safety inspections and minor maintenance checks on forklift equipment.
- Collaborate with team leads and warehouse staff to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Assist in the organization of storage areas to maximize efficiency and accessibility.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Proven experience operating forklifts, including stand-up and sit-down models.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
