Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks and containers in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Inspect equipment daily before operation and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards).
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation accurately.
- Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Must be willing to pass a background check and drug screening.
