Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform inventory checks and stock replenishment as directed by supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and safety goals.
- Unload delivery trucks and organize incoming inventory securely.
- Adhere to all company policies and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time hours, including weekends if necessary.
- Communication: Basic ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliability: Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Attitude: A strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to and from the Saint Paul facility.
