As a Forklift Operator at our El Paso facility, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that inventory is managed efficiently and safely. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their workmanship and are committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift safety inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Verify inventory counts and accurately label stock for storage or shipment using our WMS.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations during night operations.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily productivity and throughput goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including shelves and aisles, to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C) or be willing to obtain one.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) reliably.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
