Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Load, unload, and transport materials to and from storage areas and shipping docks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (Class A, B, or C) with valid license.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
