Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and stock levels using warehouse management systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Loading & Unloading: Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently, ensuring cargo security.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Organization: Keep warehouse aisles and storage areas organized and clean to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience in a warehouse setting is accepted.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Availability: Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and precision in inventory and order processing.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- License: Valid driver's license may be required for certain driving duties.
