Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock is organized according to company standards.
- Perform routine safety checks on all warehouse equipment before and during shifts.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and internal safety policies.
- Assist in warehouse maintenance, including cleaning and organizing work areas.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (CDL Class A/B/C preferred).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends.
- Physically fit with the stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
