Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport inventory safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections to ensure machinery is in proper working order.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and organize stock according to established protocols.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and warehouse policies at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily productivity targets.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (valid certification required).
- Willingness and ability to work rotating night shifts.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning.
